 You may cancel your service by calling CareCo HomeCare Agency 501-557-3888 and selecting the Customer Service option.  Returning the equipment and accessories is at your expense. Service will be cancelled effective the day the system is received at our location. You may receive a prorated refund, based on the non discounted monthly rate, after we receive your complete system. If you have purchased your equipment, you may cancel your service by calling CareCo HomeCare Agency 501-557-3888 and selecting the Customer Service option. Service will be cancelled effective that day. A prorated refund will be issued for unused service that may have been prepaid.
