As part of our complimentary in-home assessment or home conference, one of our highly trained office staff will come to the client’s home and speak with you and/or your loved one face to face to learn more about the client, help determine the amount of care needed, and then work with you to create the Care Plan that meet your needs. This allows us to determine client preferences when assigning a caregiver.
